Frank Gross of Scheller, Illinois. Born October 26, 1863 in Wisconsin. Married Cecilia Wnuk of Ashley, Washington County, Illinois. She was born July 18, 1877. Both were farmers in Scheller. All of their children were born in Scheller.

A daughter, Victoria Gross, is my grandmother. She is still living in St. Louis with my mother. Vicky is 96. Vicky married Louis Paszkiewicz and they settled in Ashley, Illinois.

Frank had 10 children. He was killed in a car accident with his two sons and a son-in-law as they travelled to St. Louis to go to the funeral of another son-in-law.

Frank and Cecilia are buried in St. Barbara's Cemetery in Scheller, Illinois. Her mother's madien name is Ziarnek. The Ziarneks were prominent in Jefferson County and mainly now live in Indiana.
