We have concluded that Harlow Cemetery and Old Salem Cemetery
are the same after finding this article from 
"1978 Facts and Folks of Jefferson County"
Aaron Harlow; married Frances Smith and died at age of 32 in 1859.
He is buried at Harlow Cemetery, near East Salem Church.
Another of Overton Harlows daughters, Elizabeth who married 
Valentine Brookman died at birth of fifth child William and is
buried at Harlow cemetery.
