THIS LICENSE AUTHORIZES any Judge of a court of Record or Justice of the Peace, or any Licensed or Ordained Preacher of the Gospel, who is a Citizens of the United States, or who is a Resident of and who is a Pastor of any Church in this State, to SOLEMNIZE MARRIAGE between [Burrel Calvin Thomas] of [Mt. Vernon] in the County of [Jefferson] and the State of [Illinois] who is [under] the age of twenty-one years; and [Mable Louise Gregory] of [Mt. Vernon] in the County of [Jefferson] and the State of [Illinois] who is [over] the age of eighteen years.
