This picture was in my father's collection since the World War I period. I do not know for sure who the person is although I have a very strong feeling it may have been Raymond Telford who died at Texico, IL in December of 1985. The name "Raymond Telberd" is written very poorly on the back but Raymond Telford and my dad were both from the Mt. Vernon area and inducted with the group of 100 soldiers June 24, 1918 at Mt. Vernon.

I'm not certain of the identity and would appreciate someone's verification.
