Estol Beal, 63, formerly of Mt. Vernon died at 8:10 pm Friday, Oct. 25, 1996, at the Burgin Manor Nursing Home in Olney.

He was a retired salesman for the Tempco Co. in Robinson.

Mr. Beal was born on Sept. 4, 1933 in Texico, a son of George Henry and Beulah Mary (Green) Beal.

He Married Sept. 4, 1952, in Mt. Vernon to Shirley Newcomb.

Services will be held at 1 pm Sunday at the Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon with Mr. J. Howard Kraps officiating. Burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.Friends may call after 11 am Sunday at the Hughey Funeral Home.

Mr. Beal is survived by his father, George Henry Beal of Moweaqua; one daughter, Vickie Lynn Fleeharty and husband Jack of Olney; one sister, Betty Joyce Berring of Decatur; two grand- children, Tiffany and Skyler Lachenmayr; two step grandchildren, Ben and Logan Fleeharty; and several nieces and nephews.

He was an Army veteran, having enlisted June 25, 1953, and discharged May 20, 1955. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Robinson.

Mr. Beal is preceded in death by his mother.

For those who wish, memorials may be made to the Church of Christ at Robinson and will be accepted at the Hughey Funeral Home.
