Mrs. Druzie Beckham, daughter of Graville and Mary McLaughlin, was born December 23, 1875 and departed this life January 17, 1912, aged 36 years and 24 days.

She leaves to mourn her death a heartbroken husband and two children, Norman and Goldie Fern, one son having gone on before. She leaves father and mother one brother three sisters and host of friends to mourn her loss.

She was converted when 16 years of age and united with the Methodist Church at Wolf Prairie.

She bore her affliction with great patience and as her sufferings increased her home in Christ became brighter.

She is gone this life to cease.

To join those in celestial peace; she is gone her crown to claim.

There to rest to eternal fame.

Gone but sleeping in the Lord her Saviour. Before the Lord called her to her host home she call her children to her and told them mama was going to die and for them to be good children. Her place is vacant in her home that never can be filled."

Interment at Hickory Hill Cemetery. Funeral service conducted by Rev. J. W. Allen.
