Jack L. Bigley
Jack L. Bigley, 61, of Ellettsville, Ind., passed away Nov. 3, 2008, in Ellettsville, Ind. He was born in Mt. Vernon on April 30, 1947, a son of Merle E. "Jack" and Eva Imogene (Ellis) Bigley. He was a dispatcher for IMI for 17 years. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Deremiah-Frye Mortuary, Greene & Harrell Chapel, with Bob Keller Jr. officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Jack is survived by his wife, Teri Bigley of Ellettsville, Ind.; two daughters, Tonia Shadwick and husband Mike of Rossville, Ga., and Cortni Bigley and boyfriend Steven of Ellettsville, Ind.; two grandchildren, Jamie Shadwick of Rossville, Ga., and Michelle Shadwick of Rossville, Ga.; his parents, Jack and Imogene Bigley of Dix; brother, Allen Bigley and wife Valerie of Ina; two sisters-in-law, Pam Plantenga and husband Greg and Cheri Campbell and husband Rich; brother-in-law, Robert C. "Butch" Keller Jr. and wife Trudy; and close personal friend, Luke Owings. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John T. Bigley, Lydia (Bigley) Trammell and W.P. and Calra Irma Ellis; and by father-and mother-in-law, Robert C. Keller Sr. and Diana L. (Rauch). He was an avid hunter and was 4-H leader of the Vaqueros Horse and Pony Club. He was a dedicated husband and loving dad, son and brother. |
