Lillie J Bogan
Former Resident to Be Buried in East Hickory Hill Mrs Lillie J Bogan, widow of J.J. Bogan, formerly a prosperous merchant of Marlow, died in St. Louis yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ray Moss. Mrs. Bogan's death was due to cancer, with which she had suffered about a year. She had lived in St. Louis the last seven years. Mrs. Bogan is survived by one son, Ralph C. Bogan, of Effingham, Ill, and one daughter, Mrs. Ray Moss, St. Louis. She was a daughter of the late Joseph Howell and wife, and was born in Jefferson county, Feb. l9, l887. Her husband preceded her in death June 4, 1919, while they resided in Marlow. The body will be brought to Jefferson County for burial, and services conducted by the Rev. Bird Green will be held in East Hickory Hill church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and burial will be had in the cemetery adjoining.
