Bobby Allen Boles (1948 - 2006)

EDON - Bobby Allen Boles, 58, of Edon, died late Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2006, at his residence as the result of an apparent heart attack.

Born Feb. 21, 1948, at Wilder Possum Hollow, Tenn., to Frances Marie (Davis) and Cletus Eugene Boles, he married Kathy L. Wright on March 31, 1980, at Manchester, Tenn. and she survives.

A tire builder at Continental General Tire, he retired in 2003 after 32 years of service. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Local No. 890.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Timothy Allen Boles of Bryan, Robert William Boles of Webster, Fla., Bobbie Ann Gonzalez of San Antonio, Texas, Annessa Kerr of Azusa, Calif., Coy Dunkle of Edon and Tracy Marie Boles of Fort Wayne, Ind.; seven grandchildren; a brother, Cletus Carson Boles of Byrdstown, Tenn.; and two sisters, Brenda Laurn of Farmland, Ind. and Becky Winningham of Byrdstown, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Billy Dewayne and Herbert Eugene Boles.

Visitation will be held Saturday from 1-4 p.m. in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon. Services will be held Saturday at 5 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Eric Dailey to officiate.
