Mrs. J. R. Boswell Dies in Hospital; Funeral Friday

Connie Memphis Boswell, 74, of 1020 North 7th Street, died at 9:30 a.m. today at Good Samaritan Hospital where she had been a patient for the past three days.

Funeral service will be held at Myers Chapel Friday, August 20 at 1:30 p.m. and burial will be in Farnsworth Cemetery.

Mrs. Boswell was the wife of Joseph R. Boswell who survives.

She was born in Hamilton County November 23 1879, the daughter of ELIJAH and MARTHA [WRIGHT] SNEED.

Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons, ROSCOE and ORIE of Mt. Vernon; a sister, MRS. ANNA WAUGH of Dahlgren; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The body will remain at Myers Chapel where friends may call after 2 p.m. Thursday.
