Pauline Braddock, 84, of Bluford died 8:50 pm April 24, 2004, at her home.

Mrs. Braddock was a homemaker.

She was born April 12, 1920, in Jefferson County to Ray and Mae (McCord) Maxey.

She married Nolan H. Braddock May 17, 1938; he died June 12, 1997.

The funeral was held April 27 at Richardson Funeral Home in Wayne City. The Rev. Bill Clark officiated. Burial was at Thomason Cemetery.

Mrs. Braddock is survived by sons Ronnie Braddock and wife Erma of Bluford, Connie Braddock and wife Pat of Bluford, Larry Braddock and wife Pam of Bluford, Dean Braddock of Bluford, Roy Braddock and wife Kim of Bluford, Leo Braddock and wife Winnie of Wayne City, Rex Braddock and wife Phyllis of Wayne City and Jim Braddock and wife Donna of Mill Shoals; daughters Sue Braddock of Bluford, Linda Friend of Wayne City and June Rubenacker and husband Dave of Belle Rive; 15 grandchildren; brothers Don Maxey of Bluford and Noble Maxey and wife Mary of Bluford; sisters Lucy Patterson and husband Everett of Bluford and Verla Steward and husband Bob of Harrison, Mich; sisters-in-law Eunice Lane of Bluford, Mildred Jenkins of Wayne City, Estella Braddock of Wayne City, Joan Braddock of Wayne City and Louise Braddock of Dewitt, Mich.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents; her parents; her husband; and a sister.

Memorials may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice and will be accepted at Richardson Funeral Home.
