Mrs. Agnes Brown Died Last Night; Be Buried Thursday

Mrs. Agnes Brown died at 10 o'clock last night at the Court Hotel, 110 North Tenth street.She was a lifelong resident of Mt. Vernon.

She was born in Jefferson Co. July 19, 1871, and her age at time of death was 63 years and 18 days.

She was a daughter of the late David Terry and wife.

She was united in marriage in 1898 with Wm. Brown formerly a well known Barber of Mt. Vernon.

Mrs. Brown was a Christian woman, and highly respected, and held membership in the First Christian Church.

She is survived by her husband and one brother. Robert Terry, Mt. Vernon.

Funeral service will be held in the First Christian Church Thursday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock.In the absence of the pastor, Rev. Geo. P. Rutledge, the service will be conducted by the Rev. Robert Guthrie. Burial will be held in West Salem. The body will remain at Myers Chapel, 122 North Tenth Street until the funeral hour.
