HENRY BUESCHER FOUND DEAD IN BED EARLY TODAY Henry Buescher, aged resident of Mt. Vernon township was found dead in his bed at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Leonard Yandell, north of the county farm road, at six o'clock this morning. His age was 78 years, five months and 26 days. An investigation into his death conducted by Dr. G. L. Taylor, coroner, found the cause of death to be myocarditis, a grave form of heart trouble. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Zion M.E. Church, near Range. He was the son of William and Elizabeth Buescher, both of whom preceded him in death many years ago. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Caroline Buescher; one son, Albert E. Buescher of Mt. Vernon; two daughters, Mrs. Leonard Yandell of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. E. B. Ratliff of Springfield; three brothers, Charles, George, and Tom of Percy, Ill; two sisters, Mrs. Minnie Shelle and Miss Sarah Buescher of Percy; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 Sunday afternoon at the family home, and burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery.
