FORMER RESIDENT KILLED IN CAR ACCIDENT

Mrs. Ethel Lue BUMPUS former resident of this county was killed in a car accident near Shelbybville, Ky last Friday. Her husband Lloyd BUMPUS was injured

They were residing in Willmore Ky where Mr. Bumpus was studing for the ministry.

Mrs. BUMPUS was the daughter of Clyde and Oma EUBANKS of Bonnie.

She was born in Franklin county Feb 23, 1922.

Surviving are one son David Edward, her parents, sisters Mrs. Wanda TEEL of DuQuion, Mrs. Chesta CLASCO of Princeton, Il, and Mrs. Marcella DUNBAR of Bonnie and one brother James EUBANKS of Bradford, Il

Funeral services were held at 2 pm Monday at the Wesley Methodist Church in Mt. vernon with Rev. O. E. CONNER officiating and burial at Bethel Memorial Cemetery at Mt. Vernon.
