Wanda Bundy - Salem

Wanda Louise Bundy, 48, Salem, died at 4:15 a.m. Sunday in Salem Memorial Hospital in Salem.

Funeral services for Mrs. Bundy will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Boswell Funeral Home in Salem with the Rev. Melvin Chambliss officiating.

Burial will follow in Opdyke Cemetery in Opdyke.

Friends may visit from 6 until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Bundy was born Feb 6, 1932, the daughter of Oliver and Arzetta (Davis) Johnson.

On Dec 20, 1950, she married John R. Bundy, who survives. Her mother also survives.

A member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Bluford, she is also survived by a son, David Bundy, Salem and a sister, Dorothy Akright, Bluford.

A memorial fund to the Illinois Lung Association has been established in Mrs. Bundy's name.
