He was born 19 Nov 1859 in Jackson County (now Clay County), TN. He was the son of Franklin Walker Butler and Lucinda Montgomery. Franklin is also buried at Laird cemetery. He married Loucetta Bennett on October 4, 1882 in Fairfield, IL and I have the original marriage certificate that he kept folded in his wallet until the day he died. |
