He was the son of Ed and Colleda CASEY and his age at the time of his death was 34 years, 10 months and 27 days.

He had spent his entire life at home and since the death of his father eight years ago, he had assumed the responsibility of the management of the home and was very loyal to his mother.

He had been in poor health most all his life, but had taken a very active part in his community affairs, serving his township, as town clerk, tax asseser and tax collector.

He leaves to mourn their loss, his mother, three brothers, and three sisters, namely John and Calvin CASEY of Mt. Vernon, Claud CASEY of Sullivan, Mrs. Alva LINVILLE and Mrs. Henry MOSSBERGER of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Kenneth SCHWENNINGER of Bonnie.

The funeral service will be held Friday at 2 o'clock at the Hams Grove Church.
