Mrs. Hattie CLARK, aged 40 years, wife of T. B. Clark, 1009 Conger Ave. died at 10 o' clock this morning following an operation.

The body will be taken to Sheller to the home of her father, Samuel QUINN.

Surviving the deceased are a husband, daughter, mother, father and five brothers.

Hattie, daughter of Samuel and Sarah E.QUINN, was born Sept. 26, 1874; died Feb. 27, 1915, age 40 years, 5 months and 1 day.

She was united in marriage with Thomas CLARK Sept. 30, 1909.

She leaves her husband and one daughter, Myrtle, a father and mother and 5 brothers to mourn her departure.

The funeral was held at Horse Prairie Baptist church, conducted by Rev. WILLIAMSON of Mt. Vernon.
