Mrs. Matilda CORROTHERS, died of consumption at her home on East Jordan street at 11 o'clock last night after a lingering illness.

She was the mother of ten children; of whom one son and three daughters survive. Of these Mrs. John H. KELL resides in this city; Mrs. Oscar GREEN at Bonnie, and the remaining daughter and son in Missouri.

The funeral and interment will take place of Old Liberty in Franklin county tomorrow.
