Dr. George Oscar Culli
Dr. George Oscar Culli, a former Ina and Mt. Vernon physician, died yesterday morning at the veterans hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Culli who moved to San Antonio in 1928, was 74 years of age. He was a medical Captain during World War I. Dr. Culli retired from practice about three years ago because of failing health. Funeral services were to be held in San Antonio with burial in the Masonic cemetery there. Dr. Culli was born May 9, 1885 in Mt. Vernon, the son of Adam and Eva (Dintleman) Culli. On May 10, 1907 he was married to Mayme Moss, who survives. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, George O. Culli, Jr. of Taft Texas; two grandchildren and two great-grand children; a brother, Edward Culli of Mt. Vernon, and a sister, Eva Matilda Culli of Mt. Vernon.
