George Dalton Dies Yesterday At Age 59 Years

George Dalton died at 10:30 a.m. yesterday at his home, 525 south 18th street. He was 59 years, four months, and four days old.

Mr. Dalton was born Oct. 30, 1900, in Wayne county, the son of Isaiah and Laura (Mills) Dalton.

Survivors include a son, Robert E. Dalton of Vallejo, Calif.; a half-brother, Bert Dalton of Dansville, Mich.; two sisters, Mrs. Russell Drake of Orchardsville, and Mrs. Reed Dickey of Bluford; and two grandchildren.

Mr. Dalton was a member of the Southwest Church of Christ.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Pulley Funeral Chapel, with Don Wortman officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Pulley Funeral Home where friends may call after 4:00 p.m. today.
