Eunice Decker, Pittsfield

Mrs. Eunice Decker, 83, Pittsfield, a former Mt. Vernon resident, died at 4:50 p.m. Saturday at the Pittsfield Nursing Center.

She was the retired owner of a retail store in Sparta.

Funeral services will be held at l p.m. Tuesday at Myers Chapel, with the Rev. Howard Rowe officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. today.

Born in Litchfield on May 8,1891, she was the daughter of Isaac T. and Jenny (Howell) Decker.

She is survived by a brother, Howell Decker, of Pittsfield; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Maude Decker, of Mt. Vernon, and Mrs. Cecil Decker, of Granite City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
