Sidney O. Dunbar
Sidney O. DUNBAR, retired Ina merchant, died at 9:00 o'clock last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. L. TAYLOR, on the Benton Road, after a three weeks illness. His age was 77 years, nine months, and four days. Mr. DUNBAR had been retired for the past ten years. Prior to that, he operated a feed store in Ina and spent most of his lifetime in and near Ina. He was born February 17, 1869 in Franklin County, the son of Gilmore and Angeline (SNEED) DUNBAR. On July 7, 1895 he was married to Manessa WINGO who preceded him in death on September 5, 1934. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Vivian TAYLOR and Mrs. Aline DRENNAN, both of Mt. Vernon; one son, Neff DUNBAR of Vernal, Utah; and one brother, John G. DUNBAR of Los Angeles, Calif. An older brother, W. S. DUNBAR of Houston, Texas, preceded him in death in 1944. Funeral services will be held at the Ina Funeral Home, with the Rev. Riley BURTON officiating, but the time for the funeral had not been decided today. The body will remain at the Ina Funeral Home, where friends may call at any time
