John B. Emerson Dies in Peoria

Word has been received here of the death of John B. Emerson in Peoria Saturday, September 4.

Mr. Emerson was a former resident of Mt. Vernon and was a chemist at the Mt. Vernon Car Manufacturing Company.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Pavey Emerson of St, Louis, and a daughter, Mrs. J. R. Johnston of Peoria.

Interment will be in Fond-du-Lac, Wisconsin.
