Former Resident Emil Frank Dies In West Frankfort Emil T.G. "Dutch" Frank, 69, died suddenly at his home in West Frankfort at 6:30 pm Saturday. Mr. Frank, a former resident of Mt. Vernon, moved to West Frankfort about 40 years ago. he visited here often. He is survived by his wife, the former vina Williams; one son, Dr. M.E. Frank of Christopher; two daughters, Mrs. Lorine Messimer of Johnson City, Tenn. and Mrs. Maxine Aten of Edmond, Okla; one sister, Mrs. Mary McAnner of St. Louis; and eight grandchildren. He was a member of the First Christian church of West Frankfort. Mr. Frank was Past Master of Frankfort Lodge 567, A.F. & A.M. and was a member of the Mississippi Valley Consistory in East St. Louis and the Sword of Bunker Hill. He was a veteran of the Spanish American War. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday in the First Christian church at West Frankfort with Oscar Wild, the minister officiating. Masonic rites and the 32nd degree Ring Ceremony will be conducted in the church. Mililtary graveside services will be conducted at Williams cemetery, east of Mt. Vernon.
