Donny E. Fuller Jr., 34, of Mt. Vernon died 9:27 p.m. Nov. 12, 2004.

He was born July 6, 1970, in Mt. Vernon, a son of Donald E. Fuller Sr. and Marilyn (Flowers) Fuller Mellott.

He was a member of the Power Load Band and he worked for Infinite Access Corp. He was also a member of Abate Chapter 27 and was a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his father, Donald E. Fuller Sr. of Mt. Vernon; his mother, Marilyn Fuller Mellott and husband Dale of LaSalle; two sons, Tyler and Brandon Fuller, at home; their mother, Christina Fuller; two brothers, David Fuller and wife Becky of Mt. Vernon and Jeffrey Fuller of LaSalle; two sisters, Amy of Mt. Vernon and Melissa of LaSalle; his maternal grandparents, Sam Austin and wife Francis of Mt. Vernon; his paternal grandmother, Lora Fuller of Mt. Vernon; uncles Gary Pugh and wife Cindy of Mt. Vernon, Alan Flowers and wife Donna of Deland, Fla., Orville Flowers and wife Ella of Anchorage, Alaska, Robert Fuller and wife Joyce of Woodlawn and Stanley Pugh and wife Sharon of Benton; six nephews; and two nieces. Also surviving is a special friend, Belinda Shelton.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, June Flowers Austin, George Flowers and Fred Fuller; and an aunt, Alice Flowers.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Newell Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, with Larry Jones officiating and burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. For those wishing, memorials may be made to the "Donny E. Fuller Memorial Fund" and will be accepted at the funeral home.
