John Fullerton Of Ina Dies At Age 85

John R. Fullerton, 85, Ina, died at 3:45 p.m. May 23, 1987, at his home.

Mr. Fullerton was born Feb. 10, 1902, in Dahlgren, a son of Alexander C. and Amanda (Smith) Fullerton.

On Aug. 10, 1937, in Spencer, Ind., he married Helen R. Brown, who survives.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Johnston Funeral Home in Ina with the Rev. Merle Fullerton officiating. Burial will follow in Kirk Cemetery, Ina.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home in Ina.

In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons, Winston M. Fullerton and wife Barbara of Ina and Douglas M. Fullerton and wife Judy of Bonnie; and two granddaughters, Melanie and Robyn Fullerton, both of Ina.

Mr. Fullerton was a retired employee of the Dixon State School. He was also a member of the Macedonia Masonic Lodge No. 1128 in Macedonia.

He was preceded in death by his parents, four sister and five brothers.

Memorials may be made to the Ina Missionary Baptist Church. They will be accepted at the Johnston Funeral Home.
