Anna Alreva (Keller) Green
Alreva Green Of Mt. Vernon Died At Age 70 Anna Alreva Green, 70, Mt. Vernon, died 7:50 a.m. Oct. 7, 1993, at Casey Care Center. She was a retired restaurant waitress. She was born Dec. 8, 1922, in Waltonville, a daughter of Johnnie and Clara A. (Wilson) Keller. On May 14, 1946, in Carmi, she married Charles E. Taylor. On July 9, 1960, in Nashville, she married William R. Green, who died Aug. 27, 1981. Graveside services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Mount Olive Cemetery near Bluford with the Rev. Edward Woodcock officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon. Those attending services are asked to go directly to the cemetery Saturday morning. Survivors include her daughters, Mary Ann Johnson and her husband Jim, of Marietta, Ga., and Charlotte Kay Lee and her husband, Bob, of Dix; stepdaughter Sharon K. Lowery and her husband, Gary, of Mt. Vernon; stepsons William F. Green and his wife, Teresa, of Lemont, and Larry Green and his wife, Carla, of Mt. Vernon; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several stepgreat-grandchildren. Mrs. Green was a member of Marcoe Pentecostal Church. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one infant son, Charles E. Taylor.
