Mrs. Anna Grimes Dies at Age 82 At Home on RFD3

Mrs. Anna Grimes died at 7:00 o'clock this morning at the home of a cousin, Mrs. Clara Goldman of RFD 3, Mt. Vernon. Her age was 82 years, six months and four days.

Mrs. Grimes was born July 28, in Wayne county, the daughter of Marion and Polly (Haymes) Patterson.

In 1884 she was married, in Wayne county, to Steve W. Grimes, who preceded her in death in 1930.

She is survived by a foster son, Robert Grimes of St. Louis, Mo.; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements were incomplete. The body was taken to the Pulley Funeral Home.
