Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Myers Chapel for Francis Lafe Grimes, 81, who died last Saturday at Prescott, Ariz.

Mr. Grimes formerly lived in Mt. Vernon.

The Rev. Harold Conroyd will officiate at services. Friends may call at the Myers Chapel after 8 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be at the Richardson Hill Cemetery in Hamilton county.

Mr. Grimes, a retired barber, was born Nov. 10, 1885, in Hamilton county, the son of David and Josephine (Clark) Grimes.

Survivors include: One son, Max Grimes of St. Louis; a brother, John N. Grimes of West Twin Falls, Idaho and three cousins, Frank McGrath, Ernie Lowery and Charles Cook, all of Mt. Vernon.
