W. H. (Will) HAYSE of Mt. Vernon, died last Thursday at the Jefferson Memorial Hospital. He was 88 years old.

He was born in Jefferson County, the son of William H. Salma (COCHRUM) HAYSE.

Mr. HAYSE was married 3 times, his first two wives preceding him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Stella WOODALL HAYSE; 3 sons, Bennie HAYSE of Topenish, Wash., Hobart and Roy HAYSE of Mt. Vernon; two brothers, Perry HAYSE of San Francisco, Calif. and John HAYSE of Louisville, KY; 2 sisters, Mrs. Irene WEBBER of Ina and Mrs. Bertie OWENS of Phoenix, Ariz.; 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.

Mr. HAYSE, a member of the Nazarene Church, was for many years a resident of Ina. Funeral services were held at the Pulley Funeral Home at 2 p.m. Sunday with burial at Kirk Cemetery.
