Grandma Hilliard, mother of Dr. Hilliard, died at her home near Zion at 11 o'clock yesterday morning of pneumonia.

Deceased was about 70 years of age and was one of the pioneers of the county.

The funeral and interment took place at Hopewell this afternoon.
