Private funeral services for John Calvin Hopper II, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard E. Hopper, will be held at 1:00 pm today at the Pulley Funeral Home. The Rev. Clarence Coats will officiate and burial will be in Hopewell Cemetery.

The Hopper infant died at birth at 4:36 am Monday at the Good Samaritan Hospital.

Survivors include the parents, Richard E. and Emmarillis JoAnn (Reaney) Hopper, of Rt. 5, Mt. Vernon; one brother, Richard Hopper, at home; one sister, Carole Marie Hopper, at home; the paternal grandmother, Mrs. Blanche Hopper, of Mt. Vernon; the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold (Viola) Reaney, of Christopher; and the maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Mary Dodson, of Christopher.
