Caleb Michael HOWELL, of Bennett, Colo., died 4:58 p.m. Nov. 2, 2002, at University of Colorado Medical Center in Denver, Colo.

Caleb was born Nov. 2, 2002, in Denver, Colo., to Christopher and Bridgette (LANKFORD) HOWELL.

Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at New Shiloh Cemetery in rural Jefferson County. Those attending the service are asked to go directly to the cemetery on Thursday. The Rev. John BLAYLOCK will officiate. There will be no public visitation.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Austin HOWELL of Bennett, Colo.; one sister, Cassie HOWELL of Bennett, Colo.; paternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Tim and Sonya HOWELL of Mt. Vernon; paternal grandmother, Linda HOWELL of Mt. Vernon; maternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Sharon and Lynn AMOS of Grayville; maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Alan and Brenda LANKFORD of Pinckneyville; paternal great-grandfather, Clyde Virgil "Pop" HOWELL of Mt. Vernon; paternal great-grandmother, Janet ISAAC of Mt. Vernon; maternal great-grandmother Ruth LANKFORD of Mt. Vernon; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Ellen ROBERTS of Effingham. Caleb was preceded in death by an uncle, Ashley Roi HALBIN.
