Gracie Hutchison, 93, of Mt. Vernon died 2:28 p.m. Sept. 28, 2004, at Nature Trail Health Care Center in Mt. Vernon.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Hutchison was born Oct. 4, 1910, in Calloway County, Ky., to James and Effie (Bell) Chadwick.

Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Friday at Bethel Memorial Cemetery. The Rev. Bob Meyer will officiate. Those attending this service are asked to go directly to the cemetery on Friday. No public visitation will be held.

Mrs. Hutchison is survived by a half sister, Mary Boren and husband Doug of Calvert City, Ky.; nieces Jacqueline Moss and husband William of Paducah, Ky., and Rachael Augspurg and husband Louis of Altoona, Fla.; a great-niece, Patty Feather and husband Keith of Paducah, Ky.; and several nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, Robert W. Lyons; and three brothers, Herlie, Clarence and Bradley Chadwick.

Mrs. Hutchison was a member of Victory Christian Center. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Hughey Funeral Home in Mt. Vernon, where you may call 242-3348 for obituary information at any time.
