George D. Jones DIes at Age 60, Rites on Monday.

George Delbert Jones, 60 died at his home 1307-1/2 South 18th street at 9 pm yesterday.

Mr. Jones was born in Hamilton county on July 6, 1890, the son of Granville and Ollie (Haney) Jones.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 1 o'clock at the Pulley Funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Cyrus Maulding. Interment will be in West Salem cemetery.

The body will lie in state at the Pulley Funeral Home after 10 am Sunday.

Mr. Jones is survived by his wife, the former Gladys Porter; two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Beppler and Mrs. Helen Glenn of Mt. Vernon; one son, Robert Jones, also of this city; one sister, Mrs. Maude Allen of East St. Louis; oen brother, L. R. Jones of Belle Rive; and four grandchildren.

One daughter and one sister are dead.
