Aged Resident Of Boyd Is Dead

Mrs. Sarrah E. Jones died at her home in Boyd at 3:40 am today at the age of 85 years, two months and 20 days.

Funeral services will be held at the Boyd Christian church Sunday at 2 pm and burial will be in the Boyd cemetery.

Mrs. Jones was the daughter of the late William and Hanna (Copple) Snow and the widow of the late J.N. Jones.

She is survived by two sons; Cullen B., of St. Lois; Clarence, of Prairie Du Chien, Wis.; three daughters, Mrs. Lila Morford, Mason City, Ia.; Mrs. Nina Worley of Manley, Ia.; Mrs. Veva Knuth, of Cambridge, Ill, one brother, Charles Snow, of Iowa; and a sister, MRs. Etha Stewart of Washington.

One son, Arnold, and two daughters, Stella Jones and Cruxy Athen also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Jones was a member of the Boyd Christian church.

The body will remain at the Osborn Funeral Home at Dix where friends may call after 12 Thursday.
