Mrs. Gweneth Kersh, 67, of 507 S. 20th St., died at 8:57 a.m. Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Myers Chapel, with the Rev. George Waggoner officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery. Friends may call after 6:00 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.

Mrs. Kersh was born Dec. 1, 1906, in Jefferson county, the daughter of Alvin and Jennie (Beckham) Wells.

She married the Rev. Oran W. Kersh in Christopher on Feb. 28, 1925. He survives.

She was a member of Bakerville Free Will Baptist Church.

Besides her husband, survivors include a son, Carlos J. Kersh, Calumet City; three brothers, Waldo Wells, Flora, Edward Wells, Valier, Norris Wells, East Chicago, Ind.;a sister, Mrs. Wanda Miketti, Flora; and three grandchildren.
