Logan KIRK died Sunday morning at six o'clock at the age of 75 years.

Mr. KIRK was married 48 years ago to Lizzie HALE.

He is survived by his widow and three children, Lawrence KIRK of West Frankfort, Mrs. Agnes MARRY of Willard, O., and Mrs. Pauline RUSSEL of Benton. One brother survives, Sam KIRK of Denver, Colo.

He was a son of the late Jackson KIRK.

When the C. & E. I. was built through Ina, Mr. KIRK employed on the section there for several years. He belonged to the Baptist Church and was a life long Democrat.

Funeral services were held this afternoon and were conducted by J. R. McDUFFY. Burial followed at the Kirk Cemetery.
