MILDRED LATHAM, the 8 year old daughter of Dr. and Mrs. L. D. Latham, died at the family home at Rinard, Wayne county, at 10 o'clock yesterday morning of appendicitis after an illness of a week or ten days duration.

Deceased was the youngest daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Latham and was the grand-daughter of Mrs. Samuel Latham, of this city.
