Mrs. Bertha Leonard Dies; Funeral Services in Ina

Mrs. Bertha Leonard, 77, of Creve Coeur, a former resident of Benton, died Wednesday at the Setzekorn Nursing Home in Mount Vernon after a lenghty illness.

A member of the Nazarene Church in Benton, she was the wife of William C. Leonard who survives.

She also leaves four daughters, Mrs. Grace Doxsie of Benton, Mrs Lousie Phillips of Cottage Hill, Mrs. Mildred Brown of Roxana and Mrs Thelma Summers of Creve Coeur, 14 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m., Friday, at the Ina Funeral Home with Rev. George Severin officiating. Interment will be in the Kirk cemetery. The body is in state at the Ina Funeral Home.
