J. W. Lindsey
J. W. LINDSEY, died at East St. Louis Sunday April 17, at 1:30 p.m., aged 66 years. He had been dangerously ill for two weeks with paralysis. He leaves a wife and nine grown children. Fifteen years ago he occupied the farm now owned by Andy COOK in Pendleton township. He went from there to Columbus, Ohio, where, until about a year ago he ran a stationary engine. At that time his children urged him to remove to St. Louis where they could care for him. The remains will arrive here tomorrow by the L & N, from whence the interment will take place at Oakwood.
