She was the widow of Isaac Benjamin Loman who died 13 years ago.

Elvira originally united with a church near her home in Elk Prairie Twp, later moving to Paragould, Arkansas, remaining there until 10 years ago when coming to Benton, IL

She and Isaac were the parents of 10 children: 2 daughters and 2 sons preceeded her in death.

Those remaining are: Mrs. Taylor Wills and Mrs. Ralph Lovin of Benton; Mrs. Omar Wysick of LaSalle, IL; Mrs. Al Seigel of Chicago; William and Roy Loman of Benton.

She also leaves 14 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 1 sister Mrs. John Wilmore of Benton; 1 brother, Jasper Kirk of Sulpher Springs, TX and 2 half brothers: Elza Page, Benton and Hugh McKinney of Washington.
