Iva (Bradley) Loman
Mrs. Iva Loman dies in Sesser Mrs. Iva Loman, 76, died Sunday at her home in Sesser after an extended illness. Mrs. Loman is survived by 11 children: Mrs. Jeraldine Wakeup, Chicago; Mrs. Ina Whitsell, Mt. Vernon; Mrs. Dona Roberts and Homer Loman, both of Sesser; Mrs. Ruth Ann Clevenger, Benton; James Loman, Opdyke; Lowery Loman, Elkville; Donald Loman, Chicago; Billy Joe Loman, Waltonville; Lloyd Loman, Moses Lake, Wash., and Kenneth Loman, Bonnie. She also leaves 39 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Verda Reed, Sesser and two brothers, Ellis Bradley, Christopher and Earnest Bradley, St. Louis. She was the widow of James Loman. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Brayfield Funeral Home in Sesser. The Reverend Bessie Hicks will officiate. Internment will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 5 p.m. today. Note from submitter: Jim and Iva Loman were 40 year residents of Elk Prairie Township.
