Memorial Obituary James H. Loman Of Sesser Dies; Rights Wednesday James Harrison Loman, 80, of Sesser, died at 5:30 p.m. Sunday in Veterans Hospital at Marion. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Brayfield Funeral Home in Sesser with the Reverend Marsh Harpole officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. The body will lie in state at the funeral home where friends may call after 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. Mr. Loman was born Oct. 16, 1887 in Jefferson County, the son of William H. and America B. (Brown) Loman. He was married to Iva Bradley Loman who survives. He is also survived by seven sons, William Homer of Sesser, James Harold of Scheller, Lowery Harrison of Elkville, Donald Howard of Chicago, Billy Joe of Waltonville, Loyd Maxey of East St. Louis, and Kenneth B. of Bonnie; four daughters Mrs. Geraldine Downen of Chicago, Mrs. Ina Whitsell of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Donna M. Roberts, and Mrs. Ruth Ann Clevenger both of Sesser; two brothers Homer and Guy Loman both of Sesser; 36 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Mr. Loman was a member of Oakland Free Will Baptist Church. A veteran of World War I, he was a member of the V. F. W.
