Ellen (Eason) Mann
Ellen Mann, Mt. Vernon Mrs. Ellen Mann, 82, of 600 Park Avenue, died at 2 p.m. yesterday at her home. She had lived in Bonnie and Ina for many years. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Hughey-Pulley Funeral Home, with Rev. Everett Lemay officiating. Burial will be in Kirk cemetery at Ina. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. Thursday. Mrs. Mann was born Oct. 22,1890, at Brookland, Ark., the daughter of Henry and Alice (Tilleson) Eason. She was married on July 9, 1911, at Brookland, to Edward Mann. He died in 1930. She was a member of the Baptist church. She is survived by a son, Osro Mann of Chicago; two daughters. Mrs. Wanda Border of Mt. Vernon and Miss Rachel Mann of Chicago; a foster-daughter, Mrs. Velva Moore of Chicago; three grandchildren, including one, Rickey, who was brought up by Mrs. Mann; and a brother, Marion Eason of Brookland, Ark. She was preceded in death by three brothers, a son and a daughter.
