JENNIE A. MCNUTT DIES AT HOME HERE; RITES SATURDAY Mrs. Jennie A. McNutt, widow of William P. McNutt, died at seven o'clock yesterday morning at her home, 413 Harrison Street. Her age was 75 years, 11 months and eight days. Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Christian Church, of which she was a member, conducted by Rev. George P. Rutledge. Burial will follow in Hopewell Cemetery. The Varnell Rebekah Lodge of Mt. Vernon will have charge of the services. The body will remain at the home until the funeral hour, where her friends and relatives may call at any convenient time. Mrs. McNutt had been a respected resident of Mt. Vernon for the past half century. She was born Dec. 16, 1862, in Kentucky, the daughter of John and Sallie Bristow. She was united in marriage with Wm. P. McNutt, who died July 23, 1919. She is survived by three sons, John of Mt. Vernon; Rufus of Evanston, Ill. and Charles of Clinton, Ill.; three daughters, Mrs. Orley Stonecipher of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Inez Raynar of Urbana and Miss Etta McNutt, at home, and one half-brother, Claude Bristow.
