Mrs. Eva Moore Dies Early Today: Funeral Sunday Mrs. Eva Moore, of 620 Main Street, died at 4:10 this morning at Jefferson Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient for three days. She was 59 years, four months and 12 days of age. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 1:30 pm at Myers Chapel. The Rev. John Maulding will officiate and burial will be in Crouch Cemetery, in Hamilton County. The body will remain at Myers Chapel, where friends may call after 11 am Saturday. Mrs. Moore was born August 18, 1895 in Hamilton County, the daughter of John C. and Malissa (Meyers) Standerfer. On May 24, 1914 she married, in Hamilton County, to James Raleigh Moore, who survives. Mrs. Moore was a member of the Logan Street Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Ruby L. Miller of Scott Air Force Base; two grandchildren; three half-brothers; Ralph and George Standerfer of Mt. Vernon and two half-sisters, Mrs. Irene Atkinson of Mt. Vernon and Mrs. Edna Jones of Golconda. She was preceded in death by one son, Eugene, and one brother, Paul.
