Mrs. Moore Dies At Age 75 Years; Funeral Tomorrow Mrs. Martha Ellen Moore died at 3 p.m. yesterday at Good Samaritan hospital, where she had been a patient for one day. She was 76 years and eight months of age. Mrs. Moore, a life-long resident of Jefferson county, lived on RFD 1, Mt. Vernon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the South Hickory Hill Christian Church. The Rev. Marsh Harpole will conduct the services, and burial will be in the South Hickory Hill cemetery. The body will remain at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Nina Thompson of Ewing, where friends may call at any time. Mrs. Moore was born January 3, 1881, in Jefferson county, the daughter of Ad and Mary Susan (Thompson) Rightnowar. She was first married to Oscar Loman, then to Van Beckham, both of whom preceded her in death. She was then married to Morton Moore, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, James L. Loman of Kansas City, Mo., and Joe Beckham of Bonnie; four daughters, Mrs. Effie Morgan of Ina, Mrs. Opal Morgan of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Nina Thompson of Ewing, and Mrs. Nellie Clark of Bonnie; three step-daughters, Mrs. Julia Dennis of Mt. Vernon, Mrs. Mattie Dennis of North Venice, Ill., and and Mrs. Alice Quinn of Mt. Vernon; one step-son, Lee Moore of Mt. Vernon; one sister, Nellie Harmon of Ina; 69 grandchildren and 77 great grandchildren.
