John H. Olomon
John H. OLOMON, of Opdyke and lifelong resident of Jefferson county, died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Fay DAVIS, in McClellan township today at 9:10 AM. Funeral services will be held Monday, at 1 PM at the South Hickory Hill Church, and burial will follow at the Opdyke Cemetery. Mr. OLOMON is survived by one son, Gladney OLOMON, of Capron, Illinois; four daughters, Mrs. Fay DAVIS, Mrs. Allie SMALLWOOD, Forest, Illinois; Mrs. Jennie GILBERT, Waltonville, and Mrs. Pearl DAVIS of Mt. Vernon; one brother, Ed OLOMON, Garden City, Kans., and one sister, Mrs. Minnie WALLACE of Manhattan, Kans. Six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren also survive.
